Another cashmere outfit post twice in one week! Cashmere has become such a staple for me during the cold winter months. It’s so soft and warm but also thin enough for layering. And this cashmere sweatshirt is no exception.
First of all, this is one of the softest cashmere sweaters I’ve ever owned. I think it might be the waffle texture that helps make it so soft. I also love how super casual it can be and that I can dress it up a bit with jewelry and other accessories. As always, I wanted to go for a French inspired look so I added a beret. And you all know how much I love my berets.
I wanted to give you guys a little health update. My candida has gotten so much better but I still have a long ways to go. I also started reintroducing some of my foods that I’m intolerant to. So far I’ve done egg yolks and green beans. Neither went that well, so I’ve decided to keep them eliminated for awhile longer and then try re-introducing them again in the future.
I’ve also found out that I have Raynauds. Raynauds is when your fingers basically lose circulation and turn white and blue. My fingers have done this for awhile but I never thought anything of it because my hands and feet are always cold. It wasn’t until I had a couple people recently freaked out over my fingers that I decided to look it up. It can get really serious and I’m currently doing micro current treatments at the place where I’m doing my detox for candida. Just another thing I need to go wrong! Hopefully no other health issues decide to pop up because I’m not sure I can handle anymore. But other than that I feel great!
Hope you all have a great weekend!
