I am hoping this is my last winter-ish outfit for the season! I wore this v-neck sweater and turtleneck on a warm weekend when my friend and I went to downtown Holly. It was warm enough that I didn’t need a jacket and this outfit was warm enough. The last time I was in Holly was for my birthday in 2016, when my friends and I had tea at the Holly Hotel. I like Holly and it really isn’t that far from me so I’m not sure why I haven’t gone more often.
This outfit is super casual and everything here has been styled on here before. V-neck sweater and turtleneck here. I know I’ve mentioned it multiple times before but I am really loving shopping my closet. When you have a capsule wardrobe, your outfit options can be endless. I love the little pop of navy and white from the turtleneck under the sweater. Layering really is one of the best ways to make new outfits from old clothes. Especially in between seasons, it’s a great time to become experimental.
If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen me talking about my third post op appointment on February 24. Back in February, my ear was constantly popping, felt plugged and I swear I could feel the tube that was placed in my ear moving. I voiced all of these concerns to my doctor at my appointment. When she looked in my ear, she noticed that part of my ear was white. She said a piece of skin might have folded over during the healing process and formed a skin cyst and if this was the case, I would need surgery again otherwise it could lead to permanent hearing loss. A CT scan would be able to tell us if this was the case.
My CT scan was March 4th and my follow up appointment was March 8. The scans came back clear and the popping in my ear has dropped drastically so I don’t need surgery. My ear probably wasn’t finished healing on the 24th appointment. And between that time between my appointment and my CT scan and follow up appointment, I was actively working on healing my ear with Master Sha’s Tao Field. If you don’t know Doctor and Master Sha’s work, I highly recommend you look him up. He’s healed people with cancer!
Now I just need to heal the rest of my issues, which is going to take time. My candida overgrowth, inflammation and so many more issues I’m working on is definitely a journey.
